Guide to Quicker Weight Loss

Tips from “The Sonoma Diet” on how to burn down even faster. Here are simple tips to speed up your weight loss process without sacrificing health:

Guide to Quicker Weight Loss

  • Buy unprocessed food instead of packages. Buy fresh food for a week: meat and fish from the butcher, vegetables, and fruits from the produce section, whole grains from the health store, etc. When buying unprocessed food you are eliminating any chance of unwanted processing, added hydrogenated fats, refined grains, and, odd chemicals sneaking into your diet.
  • Consume more fish and chicken for protein than red meat, eggs or beans.
  • Shrink your plate. Tiny portions make a great deal on a long run.
  • Take it slowly. The longer you eat the less you`re likely to eat and the more satisfied you`ll feel. Slow down on all meals not only on one.
  • Chose from “Tier 1” vegetables they are more nutrient-dense, with fewer calories.
  • Limit snacks to “Tier 1” vegetables. If that is keeping you enough until next meal, why have more?
  • Make a drinking habit. Try having a cup of hot water or fresh juice.
  • If you`re not working out, start. If you do, level up!
