HOW IS ACIDIC FOOD RELATED TO CANCER?
Consumption of acidic food can cause cancer and the inflammation is mainly caused due to the consumption of this food. Inflammation is a physical condition caused by injury or infection. Then, when the damaged tissue delivers chemicals, the body produces white blood cells. 4. CHOOSE DRINKS
When it comes to drinks, you should always choose to drink water. Other alternative is to make a natural herbal, green tea or any kind of vegetable juice. Sodas, beer contains preservatives, additives and sugar so don’t drink it. Be careful with the amount of coffee you consume.
5. ELIMINATE SUGAR
Cancer cells use glucose more than any other cells. Sugar is acidic and can stimulate cancer progression. When sugar is over-consumed the pancreas releases insulin which leads to insulin resistance and eventually stimulates cancer cell rapid growth.
6. ELIMINATE GLUTEN
Avoid gluten food, it can cause inflammation. Consuming baked foods such as muffins, cookies, cakes, bread, cereals, pasta, etc. replace with organic quinoa, rice, teff, and buckwheat. On this way you will avoid rye, wheat, spelt, and other grains that contain gluten.
7. ELIMINATE DAIRY PRODUCTS
Cow dairy products are one of the most cancer-causing foods. Cheese and yogurt are commonly produces with powdered milk. That milk contains casein. This protein feeds cancer and cause inflammatory diseases and bone decay.
