I drank water with warm honey and lemon every morning for a year. Here’s what happened

Girl named Crystal Davis had frequent colds or flu. She for a long time took several medications, but they were not effective.  One day, her best friend advised her to drink hot water with honey and lemon each morning. At first she reacted skeptically on his recommendation, but after she tried, Crystal Davis began to drink hot water with honey and lemon, every day. The flu is cured, she rarely felt a cold and she began to enjoy as benefits lemon water with honey.

The changes are:

For a year, Crystal Davis has not felt a cold.  She never believed in the function of traditional medicine. She was a victim of pharmaceuticals. In case of stomach pain, chronic fatigue, she cures herself with the vitamins. For a whole year, Crystal Davis says no sneezing, not even once. The morning coffee she replaced with this drink. Every times she drinks hot water with lemon and honey, Crystal says that she has enough energy during the day and be able to sleep easily at night. She also noticed that the awakening is much more enjoyable. It is no longer nervous. Her relations with entourage have become healthier. Seeing all these changes, Crystal Davis consults her family to follow her example.  She with her family never caught neither cold nor winter ailments.

Her recipe

I generally use the juice of half a fresh lemon, and a decent teaspoon of organic, raw unheated honey in a standard mug with freshly boiled water that has cooled a little (but still hot enough to melt the honey). I then add a splash of cold so I can drink immediately in one go to re-hydrate me as soon as I wake.

However, it does depend on the lemon and the honey, some lemons are juicier or more sour and some honey more sweet, so experimenting is important! Also half a lemon may be too intense to start, my family uses a quarter.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of a half lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Warm water

In a glass with warm water add the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Drink every morning after waking, on the empty stomach.

Incredible benefits of hot water with Lemon and Honey:

Hot water with lemon and honey improves digestion.

After drinking, swish with some plain filtered water for 30 seconds to make sure the acid from the lemon juice doesn't remain on teeth.
