  • 1 large ginger root, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 brown cup with wildflower honey

First, put the ginger in a pot of boiling water on medium heat. Boil it from 45 minutes to 1 hour. During that period, you can shrink the amount of water to 2 cups. After this step, leave the water in the pot to cool a bit and strain the water. Add the honey, stir with a wooden spoon to mix and cover the pan again. Put it on the fire for 15 minutes over low heat. The prepare syrup put in a glass jar with a lid and keep it in fridge. In this form it can stay last several weeks.

How to use?
In a glass of mineral water add 1 teaspoon of the syrup and a drop of lemon . In 1 cup warm water add one teaspoon of syrup. You can drink it as a cure for colds.
