When you wear flip flops, canvas shoes or socks your feet sweat a lot, it can make you sensitive for fungal infections like warts and athlete’s food. If you fight with fungal infections and smelly feet you can use the apple cider vinegar foot soak.

For achy and tired feet
A great solution for tired foot is foot soak. In water you can dilute one cup of ACV, one cup of Epsom salt and one cup of sea salt, it should be hot as you can tolerate on your skin. Also, is optional to add half a cup of dried lavender to level up the soothing powder.
For athlete’s foot

ACV has anti-fungal properties can make it great for treating toenail fungus. Dip the toes in two parts of water and one part of apple cider vinegar. Hold for fifteen minutes on a daily basis.
For calluses and warts
The acidity of the apple cider vinegar has exfoliation properties which make it excellent for reduce the appearance of calluses and warts. To treat them, you should prepare a hot water in foot-basin and soak in it for five minutes. After that, clear the basin and pour ACV than hold the feet for fifteen minutes. After doing you should dry them thoroughly. To treat them overnight, soak a cotton ball in vinegar and apply it on the affected area. Finally, fix it with bandage.
For dry feet
For effective dry-feet treatment you should hold the feet in ACV for 45 minutes. It will exfoliate the skin and release the dry skin areas. Then, dry areas should scrub with pumice stone and moisturize them. The skin will be smooth and soft in every time.
