Cherry-Vanilla Layer Cake

Simple and yummy cake with cherry and vanilla. This popular and unique recipe is good choice for birthdays or another celebration. Done less than one hour.

Ingredients:

For dough:

    • 3 egg whites
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 30 ml oil
    • 20ml milk

Rind of lemon

  • 60g flour
  • 20g densities
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Vanilla cream Ingredients:

  • 3 egg
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 Vanilla pudding
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon densities
  • 70g butter
  • 70g white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Ingredients for cherry filling

  • 250ml juice cherries (or juice from wild fruit)
  • 250g cleaned cherries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons densities
  • whipped foam as needed, for decorating

Instructions for prepareing:

  • First, prepare the dough, in a big bowl you need add and mix the egg whites with gradually adding the sugar. With off mixer add the milk, butter, rind of lemon, densities, flour and baking powder.
  • After doing that merging and mix with a spoon. In a small pan with placed baking paper put the dough to bake. ┬áBake about 10 minutes and when is done leave dough to become cool. In a casserole pour the milk and add the yolks, sugar, pudding and densities. Boil to thickeners.
  • In a warm cream add chocolate, butter and energetically stir to flatten. When cream is cooled we add spoon sour cream and merging all. ┬áPut tough back in the pain in which roast and immediately pour the yellow cream and flattening.
  • Now in another casserole, pour the juice from the cherries, densities, sugar and cherries. To get smooth mixture you can use rod mixer. Again boil to thickeners. In the warm cream add spoon butter and merging.
    This cream you should put on the already cooled and tight yellow cream.

Whole cake we leave to become cool for 2 hours, then cuttings of slices. Decorate with a little whipped cream foam.
