Homemade Nutella Cream Recipe

This cream is constant and excellent as cream for bread, pancakes and stuffed pastry. Preparation is very easy and simple. You must have a blender to completely prepare the cream.
Though the spread contains saturated fat and sugar, it also supplies a good amount of key vitamins and minerals that you need for good health. Ingredients:

  • 250 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons dark, bitter cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons whey powder
  • 150 g of roasted hazelnuts
  • 80g agave syrup (replacement with honey or sugar), a sweeter taste, increased amount
  • pinch salt
  • 30 ml of whipped cream

Method of preparation:

First before to start with preparation, bake the hazelnuts, because it is easier to extract the oil in them and then turn faster into butter.
Second step is to melt the butter on low heat. Be careful. Tepid butter add nuts along with all other remaining ingredients.
Third step is to blend until all ingredients, till we get an homogeneous mixture. For soften taste leave it at room temperature for about one hour.
Final product we get 600g cream with shiny and smooth texture. Perfect for pancakes.
