Make perfect homemade breakfast prepared with chicken sausage, poached egg, butter on the bread without flour and kefir. No beautiful beginning of the day to come.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – on your choice
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Method of preparation:
Poached eggs as the term actually means, egg to clots in acidified water. However, it look easy if you have a little experience to do. Eggs for poaching should be fresh, although newly laid eggs need to be more than 12 hours old. Otherwise the white will separate from the yolk.

First step: In a saucepan put about 1 liter of water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Allow the water to boil. When it boils, lower the temperature. If the temperature is high whites will spread over the pot. So, should more jets than boiling.

Second step: In a small bowl break the egg. In the same bowl add a few tablespoons of hot water (taking from the pot). Hot water will gather white from the ends and not let to flee in the process of poaching. Now, with a spoon stir the water in the pot to make whirling and carefully down the egg in the middle of the maelstrom. With spoon shove whites to the yolk to merge.

Third step: Boil 2-3 minutes, as whites to become solid. If you want a firmer yolk, extend the time of cooking. Remove the poached egg with a mesh spoon. Then put in a bowl with cold water and leave to stand for a minute or two.

Finally when is done, serve it as a meal or as a supplement to meal.
