Mandarins are refers to yellow- or orange-skinned citrus fruit that are smaller than an orange with easily separable segments. The flesh of mandarins contains more water and less sugar. The term ‘mandarin’ is often interchangeable with ‘tangerine’. Both have fibrous strands of pith under a loose rind, which means that they need to be carefully peeled.

Sweet and interesting mandarin pudding with fruit taste that you can’t buy. Also you can use for filling in the cake. If you spoon this delightful desert you will have a happy people on your table.

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml. juice of fresh mandarins
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 (full) density spoons
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g. white chocolate
  • 1 tangerines

1. Put the tangerines in a blender or juicer (400 ml. Juice need about 7-8 more tangerines), and depending on what we process, if there is pulp in the juice strain it and pour into pot.
2. Sugar, density and part of tangerines juice is mixed as pudding, then add egg yolk and mix it into nice mixture.
3. The rest of the juice is heated before being very hot. Gradually add mix densities, sugar and egg yolk, stirring constantly with wire. Mix until thickened as pudding, then set aside add the white chocolate stir until melted.
4. When all is done, we poured the pudding into glasses. Of your choice can put chopped tangerine and raises with the pudding. For decoration you can use slices of mandarin (or icing of the white egg, chocolate or more). Serve pudding in a serving bowl. Cool it and eat it.
